2. Check-in / Check-out
Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Check-out: from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM
If you wish to request an arrival or departure outside these hours, you may submit a special request when booking.
Please note: special requests are not guaranteed. If your travel plans require specific times, we recommend reviewing the cancellation policy before booking.
3. Payment
Payment method: credit/debit card
Terms: full payment is required prior to arrival
4. Cancellation Policy
100% refund up to 7 days before arrival
50% refund up to 24 hours before arrival
Less than 24 hours before arrival: non-refundable
5. Security Deposit
Amount: €200
Terms: charged 7 days before arrival via card
Refund: within 7 days after departure, provided no damage is found
6. Parking
The property does not have private parking.
Free public parking is available approximately 3 minutes’ walk away in the village.
7. House Rules
To preserve the calm, slow-living and wellness atmosphere of Casa Ananta:
- Non-smoking property
- No pets allowed
- No parties or events
- Respect for the property, equipment, and neighborhood tranquility
The accommodation must be left in a reasonable condition (cleaning is included, excluding excessive mess or damage).
